THE KUVUKA NKWENKWEZI TRUST
Our BB - BEE ratings have improved drastically year on year and in 2019 the Kuvuka Nkwenkwezi Trust acquired 51 % of Brandsigns Holdings and we are now deemed as having a B-BBEE status of a “ Level 2 Contributor “ The Kuvuka Nkwenkwezi Trust is an educational trust who’s one and only beneficiary is the Won Life .Won Life is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO) working in the community of Fisantekraal, just outside of Durbanville. They have worked in this community since 1999, delivering services in the areas of health and education. Won Life believes that the future of our country is largely determined by the quality of education delivered to our youth. With a good education, children have the opportunity to break the cycle of poverty and carve out a preferred future for themselves and their families. As we continue to impact and influence children’s lives, we will see the development of responsible and active citizens.
BSH LEARNERSHIP
We run a learnership program that focuses on employing school leavers from the local community between the ages of 18 – 25. Over a period of 2 years they filter through our various departments and we take learners through a journey until they find a department or a career path within the signage industry that is best suited for them. The Learners move on to become qualified Vinyl Applicators , Signage Assemblers , Perspex Fabricators , Riggers , Welders or CNC operators. Our staff compliment has grown positively year on year and the majority of our Learners receive permanent positions within Brandsigns Holdings or use our programme as a springboard to further their career in the signage industry.

L.I.F.T PROGRAM
We are extremely passionate about our L . I . F .T Program (Ladies In Factory Training ) as we assist our local community with job creation. We believe that gender equality in our factory is a foremost and by providing women the opportunity to gain knowledge and craftsmanship in an industrial skill that would often be a "male dominant" role, we are setting the trend for equality amongst our peers.
